The Ashton Symmetry has a silky, mahogany brown wrapper with a slight sheen to it. A slightly restricted cold draw offers two distinct tastes, a rich and oily sweetness on the lips while the tongue receives notes of leather and wood. Lighting the Symmetry, the first few puffs are very muted in taste but soon transition into a subtle leathery and rosy taste accompanied by the faintest hint of cream and spice. The second third is consistent in taste, except for the introduction of a brief fruitiness on the exhale while the generous smoke produced has an oily quality that creates a longer finish. Overall, the Ashton Symmetry is a great cigar that while being subtle has great flavors that are consistent from start to finish.
Who is this cigar recommended for:
· Connecticut Shade smokers who are looking to branch out into stronger cigars.
· Full-Bodied smokers who are looking for something lighter that has rich, smooth flavors.
